LOTUS PETAL
REST: This is a purely experiential practice of relaxation, rest, and even sleep. Unwind from stress, disengage from overwhelm and busyness, and let go of being the warrior. Settle into a space of quiet and ease with 1:1 guided breathing and meditation practice, energy medicine, or Yoga Nidra. Each session will be guided according to what you need most at the time.

The Heart
LOTUS PETAL
TEA SESSIONS: Sometimes, you need a warm, neutral, judgment-free space to give voice to what’s on your mind or in your heart – your worries or fears, your dreams or ambitions, your feelings. Not necessarily to get advice and not for sympathy, but to release the energy and perhaps for self-coaching. In these sessions, I provide that space. Meditation and breathing practice may be included. Intuitive insights are offered if desired and appropriate.

The Star
LOTUS PETALS
ALCHEMY I – Subconscious Transformation sessions. If you find you feel “stuck” and dissatisfied in an area of life and unable to bring about the change you want (money, relationships, job or business, negative self-talk, guilt. stress, etc.), these sessions are the solution.
ALCHEMY II – this is a coaching progam that includes the practices of Rest, Heart Sharing, and Alchemy I, in addition to spiritual life coaching for your personal life and your business or profession.
